Bruce has been locating, enticing, assessing, and placing high-performing executives since 1991. He has been active in the iGaming industry since 2001 and spent 5 years as Managing Partner of Marden until December 2019. Today, Bruce supports key search mandates as an adviser.

In his role as Adviser of Marden, Bruce provides gaming clients, many of whom have been long-term contacts or previously placed candidates, with structured and research-based executive search and interim consultancy.

Bruce is a shareholder and main board director of the Conexus Group.
